No, it is not what you are reasoning it is. I am talking about the primarily benign website Craigslist, except for the personals section and the therapeutic section. If anything does not know about the lure of Craigslist then maybe I am the only one. Let's just assume that I am not the only one so don't feel foolish for posting this.

Craigslist is one of many sites that compete for the top spot of my moral degradation list. Why? Because plain and easy it brings the fantasy of pornography and video chat sites much closer to home. It facilitates the urge to act on those fantasies because they are now within my grasp. Think about it. Perceived and real way to fantasy is just a few clicks away. With porn sites the real way to the fantasy is far removed with the knowledge that the videos were prerecorded in an undisclosed location. Sure you have Adultfriendfinder and like sites, but those pose too much risk for some. But with Craigslist you can remain relatively undetected and below the radar. It is this near real-time way to our desires, lusts, and fantasies that make Craigslist a hot spot for "nsa" (no strings attached) hook-ups.

No receipt, no deduction, right? generally speaking, yes. The mantra of small business bookkeeping has been relentlessly burdensome for decades: "No Receipt, No Deduction."

My own tax clients are quick to remind me of this basic recordkeeping rule. Over the years I've heard this countless times: "But I don't have any receipts. I guess I can't take the deduction, right?"

In distinct situations, taking deductions without a receipt is as a matter of fact sanctioned by the Irs. Here are three legal exceptions to the "No Receipt, No Deduction" rule.

Exception #1: vehicle Expense

You are allowed to deduct your vehicle expenses to the extent that you used your vehicle for business. If you drove your car 100% for business, then 100% of your vehicle expenses are deductible.

And you have two options for determining those vehicle expenses:

1) The Actual expense formula
2) The Mileage Method

Exception #2: Meals While Traveling

When traveling out-of-town on an overnight business trip, you can deduct the actual expense of your meals (by holding the receipt), or you can rely on the little known "Per Diem Method" (which requires no receipt).

The Per Diem formula gives you a daily meal reduction for each day of the trip, depending on what part of the country you visit. For example, the per diem meal rate for Birmingham, Al is ; for San Francisco, it's (as of 9/30/08).

Exception #3: The Dollar Rule

Here's other easy way to avoid the hassle of saving receipts -- this one involves your business meal and entertainment expenses. Believe it or not, the Irs does not wish a receipt when your business meal or entertainment expense is less than per expense.

Sound too good to be true? Well, there is a "catch", of course: you still must allege a report of the following five facts linked to the deductible event:

1) Who did you eat with or entertain? i.e. The names of the habitancy and the nature of their business connection to you
2) When did the entertainment occur? i.e. The date
3) Where did the entertainment occur? i.e. The name of the cafeteria or other venue
4) Why did you meet? i.e. A report of the business purpose of the meal or event
5) How Much did you spend? i.e. The dollar amount

You should report these five facts in a log. Your daily appointment book or day-timer is the excellent place to jot this down in less than a minute. Having met the Irs substantiation requirements, you can then throw away the receipt. In the event of an audit, you'll be covered.

Two final comments: Exception #2 applies to overnight trip situations, regardless of either you eat your meals alone or with business associates. Exception #3 applies to meals and entertainment expenses incurred when you are with person with whom you have an existing or prospective business relationship, regardless of either you are in town or in overnight trip status.

It goes without saying that once you are on a double, you must remain calm. Try and keep the same smooth performance and supervene through as normal in order to avoid snatching the dart. But before you even get to a duplicate you need to put some view into how you will finish.

Most darts players have their favourite doubles, which they institution and hit often. If you watch a pro game, you will see a determined player normally leave the same double. It is important to try and leave a duplicate you like and feel determined of hitting. The most base doubles players leave are 20 (double top) and 16. These are both even numbers which ensures if you hit the single part of the segment, you will have an additional one duplicate to aim at next dart. A Kerala breakfast is determined to be the best breakfast in the world. There is very less oil used - that would be one theorize for which it is determined to be one like that. Originally a Kerala meal is served on "vazha illa" (banana leaf)..But now a days you see it only for sadhya and for other definite occasions, you may not see it in a Kerala household now. But you can find it in some restaurants. It is basically a "use and throw" system.

Kerala, a small state in the southern tip of the Indian sub continent has very unique peculiarities when it comes to tourism, attire, food, people. The state is diverse in its resources. Kerala is a beautiful state with many natural resources, and scenic beauty. The state is determined to be among the 50 most destinations in the world which was rated by National Geographic. Many citizen visit Kerala in a year. So there is always a opening to taste the Kerala breakfast.

The breakfast specialties are "Puttu"(steamed rice cake) and kadala "curry" (variety of gram), Appam and "mutta" curry - egg curry, Iddiappam, chicken curry and so on. Also you could find other south Indian delicacies like idly, dosa and so on. These are some basic examples, none of these dishes consist of too much of oil or other fat. But then too malayalee at times have puttu with ghee or papad. There is a range called the cherata puttu, here the rice powder and grated coconut combination is filled into a half coconut nut shell. And when it is cooked it is put upside down onto the plate. It looks like a hemisphere, and it looks very different and it is garnished with kadala curry. Most of the malayalee's love to have puttu, but there are still some exceptions. I've heard some citizen mispronouncing it as "Pittu" don't get misled. It is exactly "Puttu".

There is an additional one range called as "chakka puttu", grated jackfruit is added into the combination and steamed, which gives you a sweet taste. "Puttu" and "pazham" (plantain) is a tasteless combination, also some citizen have it with milk. Anything planning to visit Kerala, should absolutely try out "puttu", just ask the bistro citizen to put in order it for you. If you ask in progress they would love to make it for you..And if you want to make a 1000 varieties of puttu, don't be surprised...you could unmistakably do it. It is the combination of the combination that make different.

Trying to understand baseball scouting can be confusing and frustrating for hopeful baseball players, parents and coaches. Why some players are carefully "prospects" and get drafted whereas other players who appear to be more victorious are not given the time of day, creates the obscuring and frustration.

Before going into information on what baseball scouts are seeing for when scouting, there are some questions players and parents should reply as to either a player is a potential draft choice.

1. Is the position player far and away the best athlete on the team? If a player is not the best athlete on a high school or college team, chances are they do not have major league potential. The only exception is a hitter who has foreseen, power.

2. Does the player or pitcher dominate at his level or have the "wow" factor? This player may or may not have fantastic statistics but they by all means; of course possess the "wow" factor. A player who displays a skill where everyone watching says "wow" is what I am talking about. Chances are if the player does not over-match or show the wow factor at the pre-professional level, they are not good sufficient to merit a expert opportunity.

3. Even if a player dominates, is the competition level industrialized sufficient to decree that a player may have pro potential? It is prominent to watch how a player does when facing the top players on the opposing teams. Many players can dominate against mean competition but not against the top competition.

4. Does the player appear to have a love of playing baseball? Many apparently dominant players are never drafted because they do not have a passion for the game. Without an intense passion for the game, scouts know that players will never withstand the rigors of a 162 game season.

I have had many experiences dealing with baseball scouts on my way to a major league career, as well as helping my son play expert baseball. I was a player who had borderline major league skills but was drafted in the major league draft. My son, who has very projectable major league skills, never was drafted into expert baseball. Once again, understanding what scouts are seeing for can be confusing and frustrating, but there is a recipe to the madness.

It is prominent to understand a couple of coarse baseball terms that baseball scouts use. The first one is projectable. Baseball scouts are in the firm of projecting where a baseball player will be in a few years. They look at players' bodily attributes and try to decree if they can realistically play major league baseball. The second term that is valuable to understand is tools. In baseball, scouts rate players tools - running, throwing, fielding, hitting and hitting with power for position players. Pitchers tools are rated on a dissimilar scale - arm speed, arm action, arm strength, off speed pitches and control.

Players must possess "plus tools" by the time they reach draft age in order for scouts to reconsider them for the major league draft. 3. They must be able to get the ball to jump off their bat producing groundballs that get straight through infield holes and line drives that can get to and straight through the gaps in the outfield, if not out of the park.

4. They must have good hands where they can form the ability to catch balls hit at major league speeds.

Pitchers:

1. Must be able to throw the ball 90 mile an hours or higher. Pitchers who throw in the high eighties must have great ball movement, operate and off-speed pitches.

2. Must display an easy-throwing arm action and demonstrate a respectable whole of control.

Most drafted players have exceptional tools in one or two of the areas and are mean in the others tools. potential star players have the ability to be well above mean in all the tools. Baseball scouts are most concerned in players' raw skills and not necessarily as involved with a player's statistics. Scouts ask themselves, "With the permissible training, do I see this player playing in the major leagues in a few years?" If they can reply yes to this question, the player is put on the scouting list to be supplementary watched for the intangibles of attitude, heart, character and work ethic.

Once a baseball scout believes a player has potential major league skills and the listed intangibles, they have a good chance of being drafted. Of course, it is not an exact science because a few potential major league players slip through, but baseball scouts do have an advanced, keen eye for talent.

This leads me to tell you that there is only one way to truly gain self confidence. This is by a process. You must perceive that gaining reliance has approximately never happened overnight. Of policy there are always exceptions to all in this world. Learning how to gain self reliance is a process and I want to tell you 7 beyond doubt great tips on how to gain self confidence.

Tip #1:

Don't care what other population think. I know you may think "How am I supposed to do that?". Well the fact is that you can't change what anybody else thinks. Imagine you are at a communal conferrence and you have beyond doubt low self reliance at that point in time. You must get your beliefs in order first, otherwise you will always have a doubt in your mind somewhere. population are experts at destroying their own beliefs by having negative thoughts. Stop negative thoughts now.

Writing your goals down on paper. population who fail will write their goals down once, look at them, put pen and paper down and then forget about it. population who have learnt how to gain self reliance toddle with their goals and never ever quit. I know this may sound harsh right now, but quitters remain quitters until they believe they can be winners. Be a winner.

Tip #5:

Be a winner. Even if you lose at one point in time be a winner. Even if somebody totally humiliates you, you are a winner. Why? simply because everyone is a winner. everyone is good at something. The presuppose you have low self reliance is because you have been programmed to believe something that isn't true... At all. Maybe population nearby you have told you that you are worthless or too slow-witted to do something. Guess what, you are not, you are a winner. You are a winner because you know that if you set your mind to do something you will collect this goal. You have done it before, every single time. You just don't know it.

Tip #6:

Have ultimate determination and faith. Know that if you have set your mind to do something you will collect it. Maybe not tomorrow or the next day. Maybe not in 1 week or even 1 year. Learning how to gain self confidence takes time. Some population get over these negative thoughts and gain marvelous self reliance in only 10 days. For some population the programming has taken much harder and it takes them 2 months. Maybe you are so deep into it that it takes 5 years? Even if it takes 5 years, when that day comes and you know when you are there, you will feel that 5 years was worth it.

Tip #7:

Patience. Learning how to gain self reliance is like fishing with a fishing rod, in a way. Let me explain. Have you ever tried to fish with a fishing rod and you see something happen. You reel in to see if something happened. You find the fish has broke lose. You get pissed and throw it back in the water. This happens 5-10 times before you catch anything. In the mean time your friend is pulling up the fish every single time and he is laughing of joy. He is patient... He knows that when the fish bites, it takes a exiguous bit of time before the hook is 100% attached. The point here is that, if something doesn't work for you, throw the rod back in and try again. When you want to give up the most, you know you are the closest!

Self Defence is Pretty easy - Just Sing The National Anthem

And since learning self defense at most martial arts schools will do nothing except give you a false sense of security it's a pretty easy and extremely effective way to scare any attacker.

The first truth is that in the Usa alone one rape or sexual assault occurs every two minutes.

The second shocking truth is: one murder occurs every 34 minutes. According to the National Centre for Victims of Crime year 2000. That's the ones reported. Of procedure there are more. Lots more. Also, 17% of rape victims knew their attacker before the crime took place.

As self defense instructors and the police know an attackers worst fear whilst going about there company is citizen who draw attentiveness to themselves and getting caught.

By attracting attentiveness from whatever you can, the first thing an attacker will say to you is: Don't Scream or I'll Kill You. He doesn't want you to ruin his plans. So go ahead generate a disturbance, sing, scream, throw things, blow your horn, go ahead but don't all the time count on others arrival to your aid.

So as soon as you get the occasion poke him in the eye with your finger whatever and just Run and keep on running until you feel safe.

The idea is you want to appeal to the attackers fear and make him think that someone could hear you and be coming. So what do you do well the smart women does not just stand there she sings, that's right, singing, sing whatever at the top of your lungs.

For instance, " The National Anthem" because if citizen see or hear you in the middle of the street singing the National Anthem, they'll look colse to to see who is crazy enough to be doing that. Plus, your attacker will not want this type of attentiveness and will more than likely flee the scene.

Yes, I know it won't suit every type of situation, but recent studies show when used this tactic honestly works. What I'm saying is the hidden is unsettling him, singing, shouting or development a very loud noise is such a uncomplicated and great technique that most martial artist often overlook it.

Another beloved myth among some liberal circles is that your attacker doesn't honestly want to hurt you he/she just wants your property, for example: money, cell phone etc. In fact, in most cases even when you have submitted your attacker will still harm you sometimes fatally.

You must understand this uncomplicated fact; the mugger is like a lion at the waterhole, knowing exactly when their prey would come to drink. Then they pounce for the kill. That's why being aware of your surroundings is so very leading when it comes to self-defense. I hope I've managed to convince you just how great this technique is.

Hence, giving yourself a fighting occasion by singing the National Anthem, if you know it? You don't you? Will give you the occasion to escape. Take it without hesitation. Don't feel an idiot because singing creates a distraction which most attackers will do their up most to avoid.

The truth is the street is a hard place and criminals do not play the same game as you.

Singing to sway an escape is what I call smart self-defence, because it requires no impel or former training.

Now it can't get any good than that, can it?

Life is made up of a lot of small journeys and you want to strive to make them as enjoyable, fascinating and rewarding as possible. When you embark on a journey you never know what will happen along the way and where it'll end up, which, at least to me, is incredibly fascinating. Regardless of the path you pick I know you'll be fine. But try to pursue something you undoubtedly want to do although it is not always easy to know what that is. One piece of advice: never let money be the customary motivator for what you settle to do. Success is not measured by your job, your education, how much money you have or what kind of car you drive. Success is thought about by who you are and how you lead your life.

I could spend a lot of time providing guidance but I'm sure you'll frame it all out along the way, which is the way life is. But I'll share a few things that I have found of great help and could possibly have done more of during safe bet parts of my life:

-Treat all population with respect and be nice to everybody - no exceptions
-Always voice the integrity of your personal character - it defines who you are
-Have lots of good friends and actively cultivate your friendships
-Don't expect too much from others - expect a lot from yourself
-Do what is right even if it is difficult - it is always tempting to take the path of least resistance
-Don't worry about the past or about things you can't affect - it only makes you miserable
-Never criticize and complain - it doesn't require skills, brain or experience
-You have more power and abilities than you think you have - yes, you can move mountains
-Do more than unbelievable at work, at home - don't expect pats on your back - rewards will at last come
-Never be afraid to tell the truth even if it is bad news - hiding problems only make them worse
-Be an independent thinker and make up your own mind - lead, don't follow
-All relationships require lots of work from both parties - it's never easy - mutual trust and respect is key
-Stay healthy
-And remember: life is too important to be taken seriously

Now at this point the topic gets a itsybitsy tricky because, although we all agree that institution is essential, there are as many approaches to institution as there are dart players.

But, over the years I have chatted with many players about this, and some tasteless themes arise; consistency, variety, focus and fun are the key elements of successful practice.

Consistency

The exact methods of institution you pick are less important than the fact that you do institution regularly. As with many sports, a short institution session every day is much great than a marathon session once a week.

Variety

Nothing is guaranteed to turn you off practicing than doing exactly the same thing day after day. You must introduce some collection to your institution if it is not to become stale.

The easiest way to perform this is to have a large repertoire of institution techniques to draw on.

Focus

When you do institution you need to combine on what you are trying to achieve; casually lobbing darts at the board whilst watching Tv will not enhance your dart playing as effectively as a session with clear objectives and no distraction.

I'll cover them each in turn and give a few examples of each.

Warm-Up

At the start of any institution session you beyond doubt need to loosen up and establish your line - often called 'getting your eye in'. What you are trying to do here is to re-establish the natural rhythm that any long term dart player will be familiar with.

By the time you have warmed up you will not need to think about your grip on the darts or the pace at which you throw. You will also be able to confidently and reasonably accurately throw at any region of the board.

Your warm up should take no more than 10 - 15 minutes. An arrival that I have found useful is to throw 30 darts (10 throws) at the 20 region; followed by 30 darts at random doubles and bullseyes, then go round the board in singles throwing one dart at each number. You are not beyond doubt implicated too much with your accuracy here you are simply re-gaining your 'eye' and your rhythm.

Another arrival is to throw 12 darts at 20, then the same at 19's, 18's and so on down to 15's

Accuracy Training

During this phase of training your objective is to increase your focus and concentration to enable you to consistently hit the targets you are aiming for.

There are many methods of achieving this and you should be looking for revision over time:

a) Go round the board in doubles ensuring that you treat each throw as if it was an out shot in a match. Introduce collection into this by throwing 1 dart at each double and recording the number you hit, throwing at each double until you hit it and recording how many darts it takes you to unblemished the circuit. As you get great you may wish to throw until you hit 3 of each - again narrative the number of darts it takes.

b) Do the same thing but with trebles

c) If you are beyond doubt good you might want to try hitting a composition of singles, doubles and trebles.

d) someone else incompatibility is to have a friend call out singles, doubles or trebles and hit them on demand recording your hit rate.

Game Practice

Here you are trying to enhance the skills you need to win a game. Your hands may shake and all of a sudden the trebles and doubles seem to shrink to a third of their normal size.

One way of addressing this is to ensure that your institution is not too relaxed. During your accuracy training and game institution it is a great idea to add some pressure by competing against an imaginary opponent. The easiest way of doing this (without risking a visit from the men in white coats) is to set targets;

for example if you are throwing nearby the clock in doubles assume that you are playing man just a itsybitsy great than you are and, if you know you can go nearby the board in 60 darts
set a target of 58 - if you take more than this your imaginary opponent has won.

In bowling, the ball is the most prominent piece of equipment you will use, so select the right one for the job! Be sure to try out many, and adopt one that's the right weight, material and finger-grip fit.

Bowling Tip #2: Are you bowling enough?

To progress at bowling, you need to bowl at least once or twice a week. The most prudent way to get this estimate of Convention in is by joining a league. Bowling Tip #3: Learn to walk the walk

A rolled ball lands quietly and speedily rolls down the lane. If you find that you're in the habit of throwing the ball, naturally slow down. Try taking a slow, deep breath or two before bowling to rule any anxiety. You will hit more pins with a rolled ball than with a thrown one.

Bowling Tip #5: What you think is what you do

Spend time visualizing and analyzing your shots. Visualize your movements and your shots before you do them. If your ball goes consistently too far right, begin a petite supplementary left. You will learn to "feel" when you've bowled a good ball. When you do, write it down before you forget. What did you do? How did the ball feel? Where did the ball hit? Keep it for time to come reference so you can do it again.

Bowling Tip #6: What if I can't be at the alley sufficient to practice?

Any smooth exterior with a long, clear distance is favorable for practicing your approach. It's not safe to Convention the release, however, as a bowling ball will literally roll right through walls if you miss your target! Not to mention you'll ruin the exterior of your ball. When practicing at home, mark your foul line and arrows in masking tape or other material that will not damage your floor. Also mark where your toes need to be for each step. Convention your approach until it's second nature.

You can Convention your arm swing outdoors with a bucket of water with a small hole at the bottom. The water drops on the ground will mark the path of your arm and the direction the ball would go. It's a good way to see if you arc nearby your body when you bowl and which direction your arm is going. This can be a very enlightening experience.

Bowling Tip #7: Don't spare yourself the trouble

It's a very good idea to Convention picking up your spares. A bowler who can consistently pick up his spares can literally hold a 180 mean without getting any strikes. It's especially beneficial to Convention bowling at the 7-or 10-pins by aiming at them and bowling over the assault zone (the "x" on the lane) from the opposite side of the lane.
